[Olsr-dev] new minor release

Hello there,

so I tested also the tree at commit efcbe5ac8d34cca8ad3e70f80e2e826164b1bcf1

it is not working for me.

wget -q http://127.0.0.1:2007/links -O -
connects in IPv4 and prints output to screen.

I am testing on Linux Cubian 3.4.67 - Processor is ARM Cortex.

Again config file is:
