Pinging should work on both.

Okay, thats just OLSRv2 packets (port 269 is RFC5444 messages). No ping
visible.

Stop the routing agent until you got the Ping between neighbors running,
its not helping anyways.

You can see the pings on the sender sides tcpdump? (you can just post a
short copy of it here too)
