[Olsr-dev] PATCH: Allow to use a specific routing table for dyn_gw_plain

Hi,

another try. This time without unclear licensing. I took some code to
get me started from amadeus arproaming [1] olsrd plugin which uses the
same license as olsrd.

Someone suggested to use the table by default with was set with the
olsrd RtTableDefault value if this is set. I think thats an interesting
idea because usually that is what one wants to do i think. But i'm still
not sure if it should be done or if its better to not make this the
default behaviour.
