I think the issue is that -O2 was never used before with olsrd, so maybe olsrd
never worked with -O2.

A compiler bug might be also be a possibility, since the olsrd built with -O2
seems to work fine on Ubuntu/precise, and the bug report was based on
Ubuntu/quantal.  I try to test more on my quantal box.
