[Olsr-dev] OLSRd 0.6.4 release

Ok, since we fixed the v0.6.4 tarballs...

I'd like to start a v0.6.5 release branch.
We have many fixes (coverity, and then some), so a new release would 
seem justified.

Your opinions?
