[Olsr-dev] OLSRd 0.6.4 release

Still, if the OpenWRT buildroot does not rebuild some files, there is
a problem somewhere hidden.

Saverio, maybe you could try to reproduce the problem with a fresh
OpenWRT buildroot installed in a different directory? So we still have
the "misbehaving" situation and a chance to look at it?
