[Olsr-dev] mDns plugin improvement

Because of the big discussion around this patch I have a proposal.

We do not push anything in the official repository at the moment.

Let us work for all the summer on the Google Summer of Code.

At the end of the summer, when we have several patches and a lot of
real testing on the Ninux network, we can evaluate at once all the
work that we have to push.
