[Olsr-dev] quagga plugin is broken using the latest stable quagga 0.99.21

We have quagga 0.99.21 released about 1 month ago.

We have a new patch to support olsrd (and also babel and batman)

(please note that this file was updated today with a new commit)

however I just tested the quagga plugin and it is now broken because
the zebra protocol changed.

do we want to fix this before 0.6.3 release ?
