[Olsr-dev] building for Windows on GNU/Linux?

After talking with Markus, I installed the 32bit mingw on Ubuntu and
it worked like a charm...
> apt-get install mingw32
> make clean_all
> CC=i586-mingw32msvc-gcc make OS=win32
