Yes, I compiled it for Ubuntu.
However it depends on libnl-tiny which needs to be packaged as well
and it assumes some characteristics (hostapd config location, control
socket location) which are unique to OpenWrt and must be made
configurable, e.g. though env vars, to make it universally applicable
to arbritary distros.
