[Olsr-dev] change default install location to /usr/local

Can we please wait until the release?

We have some compile problems with OpenWRT at the moment. As soon as 
they are fixed, I will release 0.6.3... we can commit the /usr/local 
patch one day after this, we might also look into the /usr/lib64 issue.

Please lets concentrate on fixing the current problems, not starting new 
ones. If Markus had not found a problem on Sunday, we would already had 
a 0.6.3.
