[Olsr-dev] Little change to olsr core

I thought each link is represented twice in the OLSR database, once
from A to B and the second time from B to A.

At least this is what I see from the topology output of
dot-draw-plugin. You see two archs between nodes, sometimes with
slightly different costs

it is not like this ?
