[Olsr-dev] Dynamic adding of interfaces

AFAIK this is not possible with current stable.

I discussed issues similar to this with Henning and he is making sure 
that we can just signal (kill -HUP, just like apache) the new OLSR (v2) 
to reload its configuration, which makes what you ask possible.
