file exists, means just the same/similar rule/route exists,..
either because you manually created a route olsrd want to create aswell, or
a previous olsrd did not delete them,. (did u stop your olsrd nicely?)

but above error messages miss the companion message, which rule/route it was
a about
(maybe they need a higher debuglevel)
