could you push your patches to the repository, except the last one?

We have the problem that the stable branch should not contain "-Werror", 
otherwise a released stable might not compile anymore with a more recent gcc 
version, which annoys users a lot.

I am currently working on a cmake based make system for the master branch, 
which should simplify the build process and prepares the code for a lot more 
active warnings.
