[Olsr-dev] Cleanup patches for arproaming plugin

thanks to your last pull compiling succeeded.

Starting up olsrd results in SIGSEGV when entering
the following function:

>> list_add_tail(&arproaming_nodes, &new->node);

Has been called through:
>> arproaming_list_add(0, &all_zero, &mac);

Since you did some modification and this is an
external function anyways I'm not too sure where this
comes from.
