[Olsr-dev] OLSRv2 status report

Hello everyone,

some days ago my NHDP implementation did a successful first interoperability 
test with the implementation of the NRL.

I have started a new branch in the repository called "olsrv2" that builds 
uppon the NHDP work to begin with the OLSRv2 implementation (that the TC part 
of the OLSRv1 protocol in the new one).
