[Olsr-dev] [PATCH v3 1/1] smart gateway: add threshold configuration parameter

OLSRd is stable :-) :-)
But the SmartGateway feature is not really mature yet. I've no
more serious problems, and after the recent patches most of
the times its doing a fine job. But:
 - Restart of olsrd fails quite often, I think it has to do
   with forgotten cleanup of tunl0. Thanks to watchdogs I
   can handle it.
 - If router is gateway, it sets up a tunnel to another
   gateway, and forgets to clean up if that node is no
   router anymore. This is bad.
With the default not_setting_up_a_better_tunnel, I have
seen bad choices, with almost permanent state. Users should
change the default to something that makes sense.
