[Olsr-dev] [PATCH 2/4] smart gateway: do not stop choosing a new (better) gateway

Code should keep looking, for in case there was a SGW.

Parameter could be: I have already a good SGW, so I'm done.
Next step would be, maybe there is a far better one.
So parameter should look like the NATthreshold.

For now, code could be: if threshold eq 0.0, and I have a SGW, I'm done.
