[Olsr-dev] Announce HNA 0.0.0.0/0, but also receive next 0.0.0.0/0

We use 0.6.0stable. If we announce 0.0.0.0/0,
then we don't get the next 0.0.0.0/0-HNA with greater metric,
like it was in older versions. Is this a security-feature?

Of course we can announce both 1.0.0.0/1 and 128.0.0.0/1,
but is this intendend?
