[Olsr-dev] dot-draw-plugin closing connection

Up to the latest OLSR 0.5.5 telnetting to dot-draw-plugin like this:

telnet ip 2004

would give continuosly output about the topology

so, connecting with olsr-topology.view.pl would start printing with
imagemagick an image with the topology that was continuosly updating
on the screen.

Now (since the OLSR 0.5.6-r2) I see that after 1 or 2 dumps of the
topology the plugin closes the connection to the telnet session, so is
not anymore possible to see a "live topology".

Is this a new intended behaviour of the plugin or there is some bug
that was introduced ?
