OLSRd Quagga plugin supports IPv6 but the script does not. It shouldn't be too 
difficult to extend it to parse IPv6 prefixes.

The command to add and delete IPv6 routes is 9 and 10 respectively (see 
lib/quagga/src/packet.h).
