[Olsr-dev] Building on Android

Hi!

OK. Mystery unveiled. So first one was that Henning broke makefile
some time ago, so setbuf was called. Then fprintf seems not to work on
Android (this could be also the reason why setbuf segfaults). So it
was not possible to see what is wrong. printf works though.

And the problem was default location of lock file. This is why it run
but then shutdown itself after few seconds. Of course we did not get
message about the reason.
