Hi!

Mitar, does it make sense to remove the whole quagga plugin from 
compiling for everybody just because it is not needed on android?
Or did I miss some conditional change in the Makefile?

     Removed quagga plugin. Removed some Android specific code.

     quagga plugin probably not necessary on Android and as it does not
     compile... Removed some Android specific definitions in txtinfo plugin
     which is not needed anymore (?).
