i think reloading the configuration is not as trivial as u hoped!

all interface/hnas/lqmults will only get appended (as such configuration
options are allowed multiple times in the olsrd-config)

all other will get changed, but i do not expect that all of this potential
changes will work flawless,..

furthermore you have to take care of the interface-defaults sections as
well!

so maybe this approach is defintely not the best for changing hnas at
runtime,..

i woulld extend the existnig rtnetlink listener, to be able to redistribute
specific routes (filtered by e.g. table,proto,metric,network/mask), or use
the quagga plugin as already suggested
