Hi,

as a preparation for the new PacketBB/OLSRv2 code I'm working on I have ported 
the improved list API to OLSRd and changed the whole code using the old one.

Saverio, I moved your OBAMP plugin to the new list implementation too, so you 
might want to look at it.

The new avl implementation will arrive next week.
