The dijkstra algorithm in the stable branch is broken (it cannot handle edges 
which are not announced by both sides). So the first OLSRd with (maybe) 
working MPRs will be 0.6.0.

Getting MPRs running is very low on our priority list. They make life harder 
in fragile networks.
