[Olsr-dev] OpenWRT packages, the easy way

Hi,

I just ported the openwrt build files from master to stable. You now can use 
the OLSR.org git repository directly as a OpenWRT feed to get a ipk file with 
the latest stable or master.

See /openwrt/README for details.

Thank you to Jo for designing the original master branch version of the 
necessary files, thank you to Felix for adding the necessary changes to the 
feeds script of OpenWRT to allow using any git branch as a feed... and 
backporting it to Backfire too.
