Got it. On 2.6.18 you need an IP address for the tunl0 (that special thing
that you cannot remove with "ip tunnel del"). Do "ip a add dev tunl0
0.0.0.0/32" before "sysctl -w net.ipv4.conf.tunl0.rp_filter=0" and it's
happy.
