[Olsr-dev] Idea for small OLSR improvement

Hi,

please notice that there is already some "ip collision detection" in the 
current olsrd stable branch. If you have two nodes using the same originator 
IPs, at least one of them should get syslog entries about it.

The problem is that it's difficult to detect collisions between to other nodes 
because most times one of the nodes keep the other one from flooding it's TCs 
(because it has a 'higher' sequence number).
