[Olsr-dev] Some more tips for GIT

Hello,

if you want to commit packages to olsr.org repository, you might want to set 
your name and your email before you do it (to prevent stupid commit parameters 
as I produced in the last 24 hours):

git config --global user.name "<your name>"
git config --global user.email <your email>
