[Olsr-dev] olsrd plugin implementation help

Hello,
I would like to write an olsr plugin (just for flooding a new message with
ipc capability) and I am searching for a plugin implementation HOWTO but I
just found "Unik olsrd plugin implementation HOWTO" that is outdated.

Could you please tell me if there is any documentation or plugin
implementing help or any simple code that could be used as reference
material?
