[Olsr-dev] Important bugfix for olsrd-tip txtinfo plugin

Hi,

I just pushed an important bugfix for a change of the txtinfo plugin a made 
two weeks ago. Anyone using a TIP since changeset 2245 should update now (or 
disable the txtinfo plugin).
