this this feed you can easily compile 0.5.6-r7 in OpenWRT:

http://svn.ninux.org/svn/ninuxdeveloping/packages/olsrd-ninux/

basically do this:

$ echo "src-svn zzzninux
https://svn.ninux.org/svn/ninuxdeveloping/packages" >>
feeds.conf.default
$ ./scripts/feeds update
$ ./scripts/feeds install -a
$ make menuconfig

now instead of the olsrd package use the olsrd-ninux package
