[Olsr-dev] New wireshark dissector for OLSR v1

Hello everybody,

in the last few weeks I finished a new wireshark dissector for olsr.
(Thank you to Justin from NRL for some information about their package 
structure)

Features:
- OLSR messages are folded into subtrees
- understands all OLSR.org messages (LQ-Hello, LQ-TC, Nameservice)
- understands NRL-OLSR LQ-TC messages

if noone finds a mayor bug I will send this file to the wireshark team next 
Monday. Hope someone can test it on another architecture than x86 linux.
