[Olsr-dev] OLSR Multicast

Indeed OLSR-BMF plugin does only work on linux...
Otherwise, could you please tell me if OLSR (without multicast plugin) routs packets sent to 239.255.255.250 IP address partly (for example just for 2 hops in a multi-hop MANET and not necessary in the entire adhoc network)?

We have the "OLSR-BMF" plugin which implements a simple netwide
flooding 
through a tap device with multicast address, but it does only work on linux..

Theoretically it should work on windows if someone could adapt it to a windows 
TAP-interface and routing entry.
