[Olsr-dev] [RFC]New prototype of olsrd with routing calculation plugin

Hello,

I have pushed a new "stable" version (one that does not crash in my 
simulations) of my modified olsrd into the repository.

This version contains:
- an unified duplicate check system based on an AVL tree
- routing calculation based on integer arithmetik
- plugable routing metric

Still to do:
- the text output of the client has to be cleaned up
- lot's of testing

I would like to get some comments about the code.
