[Olsr-dev] Strange shift behaviour (ipcalc.c)

Hey,

reverted and checked in a more correct version. Within olsrd-0.5.6 branch. 
This only applies to the access check of IPC - which is only used with the 
gtk-linux gui - which in turn does not compile. Also: a check on ip addr of 
input from sockets does require an addtional ntohl() AFAIK. Mmh - time to 
publish what'r running...
