the http plugin was not affected in 0.5.6 r2 and earlier, as it didn`t use
ip_in_net

but every usage (with a /0 netmask) of ip_in_net function of ipcalc.c was
affected

afaik in r2 (and earlier?) (only) ipc_check_allowed_ip() used ip_in_net()
