This is it. If I have on both interfaces the same IP address then the
translation from IP -> configuration section does not work properly.
If I use different IP addresses then it works. Clemens, can you
confirm this?

It is interesting that if I change the IP address back to the original
IP address (of both interfaces) of a tunnel and restart the tunnel,
then OLSR correctly detect interface change and adapt, but
LinkQualityMult still works correctly.
