not much time today. Comments:

103 needs a test run anyhow.
107 was in the list, only for compat with current freifunk
    firmware settings. To be discarded without notice. 
108 yup. Doublefix
111 yup. I should remove that now.

Not committing them is correct. While I'm at it - a minor bug. Start olsrd
without iface. Then add iface. Only 1 and 2 hop neighs are in the rttable,
even after 5 minutes. Something which works with 0.5.3--. I'm doing this
way:

ifdown wlan0;olsrd -d 0 -i wlan0;sleep 10;ifup wlan0

May be ignored. E.g. the nameservice also fails to add a name for 0.0.0.0.
If I start with "dead" iface (so olsrd gets an initial and valid main addr)
and I add a new "living" iface, behaviour is normal and OK.
