[Olsr-dev] Sending packets through olsrd flooding mechanism.. [HOW?]

I suppose that NO_REPLIES = IT_IS_THE_CORRECT_APPROACH.. It works, but
I just wanted to know if it was the correct way of implementing the
sending/receiving/processing procedures for a new type of message.
