[Olsr-dev] Routing hacks + testmail

FYI: I'am currently testing some hacks on top of olsrd-current:

(Policy-Routing addon. New olsrd.conf key: RtTable [1-253]. This one has a 
small bugfix for linux-2.4, which should compile fine on 2.4 and 2.6 now)

http://olsrexperiment.de/download/sven-ola/nylon/packages/olsrd/files/130-routing-cleanup.patch
(Rewrite of the spaghetti code in src/process_routes.c. Needs further 
testing until spreaded widely. New olsrd.conf key: LQThreshold [float>=1.0]. 
Impacts also  lib/quagga for the routing function hookup)
