Hey Hannes,

Thanks a lot for your help. I am afraid though, that license-wise GNU
libavl is not compatible with BSD-licensed olsrd. :-(

There's a solution, though. I have completed olsrd's AVL tree
implementation by adding a function to delete a node, avl_delete(). Left
that out originally to save space. It's now in the CVS repository.
