[Olsr-dev] dot_draw fails to use default or specified port when "accept" option is used

Hi,

I somewhat reduced the scope of the bug I previously reported.

The dot_draw plugin works fine if the default "accept" and "port" values 
are used, i.e. no parameters at all are specified.

However, if you use the "accept" parameter, it binds to a random port. 
It happens too if you specify both "accept" and "port".

Needless to say that a random port is useless...
