[Olsr-dev] OLSR-5.3 Windows build?

Hi,
someone out here who managed to create an olsrd-5.3 windows 
build? Iirc there where changes in the ETX-Calculation between
4.10 and 5.0, and as we have a few windows clients here, it 
would be very nice if someone would provide an windows build.
