[Olsr-dev] Adding new fields to TC messages through plugins

Hi, 

I think you cannot do this by means of a plugin, but you have to change the 
core for this. The best way is probably to add an option to the olsrd.conf 
for this, in the same way that there is an option for the ETX metric (by 
default hop-count is used, if the linkquality option is set, then ETX is 
used).
