[olsr-dev] Typo in README-Link-Qualtity-Fish-Eye

Hi Andreas -

somehow a typo sneaked into the documentation in 
README-Link-Qualtity-Fish-Eye.

In row 126 the value

    MprCoverage 25

is too big, it should not be higher than 7.




And in row 256 of files/olsrd.conf.default.lq-fisheye the recommended 
TcValidityTime value should be higher. I'd suggest >250 for a big mesh.
