[olsr-dev] OLSR Hello-Interval

You scheduler is probably polling at 0.05 seconds. So packets will only be
generated every 0.1 seconds. Try using a lower poll rate. But using such
small intervalls might not work all that well on all systems, there'll be
a _lot_ of processing going on once you've got some neighbors.
