Yes, that is the bug that we saw once at c-base and that we were 
unfortunately never able to reproduce. :-( Back then it looked like this 
has something to do with the OLSR interface going up and down.

When Windows shuts down the OLSR interface because the node loses its 
network connectivity, olsrd sets the node's main address to 0.0.0.0 once 
it detects that the interface is gone. It looks like olsrd sends out 
HELLO messages with this main address. However, as the OLSR interface is 
already shut down, there shouldn't be any way for olsrd to send HELLO 
messages with this main address. Weird. I'll keep investigating.
